Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is a formal managerial body of the network. Following the provisions of the Clause 8 of the Internal Regulations it consists of 11 members - the Network Co-ordinator and 10 members, by 2 of each Research Field, including a Research Field Leader, identified by organisations belonging to a given field. The Committee changes every 4 years. During this time the members of the Committee meet at least 8 times, which means twice a year.
The Committee tasks fucus on resolving all matters of the Network (which does not involve making decisions by the General Assembly), submition of reports, drawing up activity plans, etc. The decisions are made in a way of voting, which is done by electronic means. The Steering Committee members were elected on 27th June 2005 (See the results). On 23rd November 2006 there was re-election conducted in the RF1. Current structure of the Steering Committee is preented below.
