Joining the network

Procedure
The accession-to-the-network process is defined by the Internal Regulations, Clause 5. If your organisation is interested in becoming a member of the ENVITECH-Net network, the following steps should be taken:

1. read the Internal Regulations carefully and make sure you agree to their provisions
2. send the Application Form filled out properly to the ENVITECH-Net Co-ordination Office
3. your application will be forwarded to the Steering Committee members for approval by the way of voting (usually 1-2 weeks)
4. upon approval of the Steering Committee you will be requested to sign the Declaration Form and pay the annual Membership Fee in the amount of 100 euro

Who is who
Contact Person: the person who is assigned as one to maintain communication with ENVITECH-Net Co-ordination Office and the Member Organisation, usually with the power of attorney to represent the Member Organisation in the network

Legally Authorized Person: the person who has the power to make commitments including financial commitments at the Member Organisation
